What is Comergence?

Comergence is an agent-native operating layer for the industrial enterprise — a living nervous system that transforms disconnected floor operations into a unified, intelligent whole.

The factory floor has been managed the same way for a hundred years. A supervisor walks the floor. An operator flags a problem. By the time the information travels up the chain, the machine has been down for twenty minutes and the customer's order is late.

We call this management. It's actually archaeology.

Comergence replaces that cycle with real-time, agent-mediated intelligence — not automation that replaces humans, but amplification that makes every operator, every work center, and every decision faster, smarter, and connected.

The Three-Phase Arc

Phase 1 · Human Fleet

Every work center gets an agent partner. Operators stay human. The floor gets a nervous system.

Phase 2 · Hybrid Fleet

Cobots join the workforce. Agents coordinate humans and machines on the same signal fabric.

Phase 3 · Robotic Fleet

Autonomous systems operate at full scale. Humans supervise the whole, not the parts.
